Returns Policy

Making your returns are easy!

To return a product, simply email us at hello@craftsworth.com
We will respond to your email and send you a prepaid return label. You can simply pack up the returned item and affix the prepaid return label and drop off your return.

Craftsworth’ simple and hassle-free return policy gives buyer the privilege to return the purchased item within the given time frame. The following criteria mentioned below are the few guidelines that should be taken care of while placing your return order.
  • We accept only unused and untampered linen along with its original box and packaging. Damaged or torn products cannot be returned.
  • For a smooth return, the return order should be placed within 45 days. Timelines exceeding that will not be acknowledged.
  • Kindly hand over the product with utmost care. Linens that are damaged or returned with signs of wear will incur a 25% restocking fee or, if unsalvageable, will be sent back to the customer.
  • Items purchased during Final Sale period do not come under the return policy. Once purchased, Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
     
After inspecting your returned product, we will refund your payment via your original method of payment and notify you by email. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed once received at our warehouse. If your return does not meet our policy, you will be notified by our team.
